All roadwork is weather permitting.

The state Highways Division has announced the following roadwork for the week of Tuesday, Feb. 21 through Friday, Feb. 24:

In Laupahoehoe, intermittent single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Highway 19) in both directions between Old Mamalahoa Highway and Niupea Homestead Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, for slope stabilization.

In Kalaoa, Kona, alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Highway 190) in both directions between mileposts 27 and 31 near Makalei Golf Club from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, to install a guardrails and stripe the pavement.

Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.

All roadwork is weather permitting.
